Hello! My name is Amber and I've been told that I'm pretty dang crafty.
While I love pretty much all types of crafts (paper crafts, needlework, cookie decorating, photography, etc), sewing has become one of my biggest passions. It pretty much started when I decided to make my daughter a Princess Zelda costume for Halloween. I had known the basics before, but that really lit the fire and made me want to sew ALL THE THINGS! Two years ago I entered a dress I made into the Santa Cruz County Fair and ended up winning the big fancy "Best in Show" ribbon!
Other info about me: I'm the mom to two busy, awesome kids and the wife to a very tall computer nerd. I've been a COTF (cult-like fan of the band Coheed and Cambria) since 2003 and I've seen them in concert more than 25 times.
